Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Telvo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service Telvo is an AI-powered calling app that delivers personalized calls to help you stay motivated and supported. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate voice calls based on your preferences.
Subscription Terms Billing: Telvo Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Price is $14.99/month (USD), prices may vary by region. Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial subscription periods. Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
User Responsibilities You agree to: provide accurate information when creating your account, use the App only for lawful purposes, not reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App, and not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
AI-Generated Content All calls are generated by artificial intelligence. Content is for personal use only. Content should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or otherwise). AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate.
Third-Party Services The App uses third-party AI and infrastructure services to deliver its features, including but not limited to xAI, OpenAI, Fish Audio, and Groq. By using the App, you consent to sharing your data with these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality are owned by Telvo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Termination We may terminate or suspend access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
